Oconee Land Alliance

We restore land through cooperative ecology.

We coordinate physical ecological restoration across agricultural, industrial, and residential sectors in the Oconee Valley, replacing sideline lobbying with direct land improvements.

Our Methodology

We replace sideline lobbying with direct, multi-stakeholder project execution.

We don't petition from afar. We design and build physical bioswales alongside factory managers, help farmers transition runoff zones without yield loss, and mobilize neighborhoods to plant native canopies.

Sectors of Action

Three sectors, one watershed.

Industrial

Runoff mitigation & bioswales

We partner with local mills and factories to design and install heavy-duty bioswales, preventing industrial runoff from reaching the Oconee river system.

Agricultural

Soil-first remediation

We assist family farms in transitioning critical runoff zones into native vegetative buffers, preserving crop yield while restoring regional soil health.

Residential

Backyard canopy initiatives

We mobilize local neighborhoods and schools to plant native trees, expanding the urban canopy and mitigating suburban stormwater runoff.

Scientific Authority

Led by science, built by hand.

Our team bridges the gap between academic ecology and heavy machinery. We combine certified soil scientists, hydrologists, and veteran agricultural project managers to ensure every bioswale and canopy initiative is backed by rigorous data and local trust.

We operate a dedicated soil testing lab in the Oconee Valley, providing free runoff analysis for our industrial and agricultural partners before breaking ground.
